Refunds/Exchanges/Cancellations                                                                        

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products, including sale items and gift cards. All sales are final.

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us hello@dmalibykishadamali.com if an order needs to be cancelled. Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Hello@dmalibykishadamali.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Item Not Received/Lost                                                                                          

In the event that an item was not received, please contact us at hello@dmalibykishadamali.com. We will do our best to work with the carrier to locate your package. If an item was not received due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, new shipping charges will be billed to the client to re-ship the item to the correct address.
