WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final!
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Due to COVID19 precautions, please allow at least 1 week for your order to arrive.
CAN I SHIP MY BOX ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?
We ship anywhere in the United States including APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories.
CAN BOXES BE CUSTOMIZED?
They sure can! We do require a minimum of 6 boxes. Please send an email with your request to email@example.com
I WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A SPECIAL NOTE WITH MY GIFT BOX?
We got you covered! All gift boxes include a complimentary handwritten notecard. We can also include a blank note if you would like to write your own message.
Please be advise that we do have the right to cancel a handwritten note request that contains verbiage that contains vulgar/inappropriate verbiage (profanity, etc...)
WILL MORE GIFT BOX CATEGORIES BE ADDED?
