THE CONSULTATION

D’MALI By Kisha Damali offers a complimentary consultation which can be done via email, telephone or zoom to discuss your custom stationery needs. After the initial consultation, an estimate will be sent via email. Once the estimate is reviewed and approved, a non-refundable retainer and signed client service agreement will be requested to begin the stationery design process. 

 

THE DESIGN AND PROOFING PROCESS

Upon receipt of the signed client service agreement and deposit, you will receive a digital proof of your order. We work closely with our clients during the design and proofing phase to ensure that the design is to the client's satisfaction.  

 

THE PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Once the final digital proofs are reviewed and approved, the order requires a minimum of 3 to 7 weeks to complete. The turnaround time is based on the complexity of the design and/or current production schedule. Upon completion, it is our top priority to quality check and package each custom orders with care.
