    WHAT CUSTOM BRANDED GIFTING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? IS THERE A MINIMUM TO ORDER?

    There is no limit to our custom options! We can customize:

    Gift Boxes, Tissue Paper, Ribbon, Gift Tags, Notecards, Stationery, Packaging, Shipping Tape and so much more.

    Our minimum to order is 20. For boxes that require intricate custom details, the minimum to order can start from 50 and up.

    I WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE A BRANDED NOTECARD WITH MY GIFT BOX?

    We got you covered! We offer a variety of branded options including branded notecards! Simply provide us with your logo and custom message and voila!

    Please be advise that we do have the right to cancel a notecard request that contains verbiage that contains vulgar/inappropriate verbiage (profanity, etc...)

    HOW DO I SUBMIT MY BRANDED ASSETS (LOGO, ETC...)

    Once your order has been confirmed, we will request your logo to be sent to us directly or provide a link to upload your documents. Please provide HI-RES versions of your branded assets (PNG, PDF, AI are acceptable.)

    WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND AND HOW SOON SHOULD WE GET STARTED?

    The sooner the better! 

    We want to ensure that we have sufficient time to discuss branded options, source gifts, review proofs, gather addresses and handle full production and fulfillment. 

    The turnaround can range from 2 - 6 weeks depending on the custom branded details involved.

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Unfortunately, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on custom orders. All sales are final. If you need assistance with an order, we are more than happy to assist.

    DO YOU OFFER FULFILLMENT SERVICES? IS THERE A WAY TO TRACK OUR SHIPPED GIFTS?

    Yes! We can ship your gift boxes directly to the gift recipient. All packages are shipped from New York, NY.  Due to COVID19 precautions, please allow at least 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive. Once the order has shipped, we will provide you with all of the shipping details.

    CAN I SHIP MY BOX ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD?

    We ship anywhere in the United States including APO and FPO military addresses and all US territories. We do offer international shipping. Shipping and taxes are billed to the client.

    WHAT IF I AM UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF A GIFT RECIPIENT?

    No address? No worries! We will create a custom address portal for your brand. Simply provide the gift recipient with the link and they can submit their shipping and email address directly to us. 

    WILL MY RETURN ADDRESS BE SHOWN ON THE SHIPPING LABEL?

    The return/ship from address will always show our business address D"MALI New York, NY 10028.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF A GIFT IS DAMAGED, WITH MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS OR LOST?

    DAMAGED:  We do our very best to package all gifts with care to ensure accuracy and in tact delivery to the recipient. In the event that a package is damaged we will request pictures or a video of the damaged goods so that a claim can be filed with the courier. Once received, a replacement gift will be sent. 

    LOST/STOLEN: If a package is reported lost or stolen, we will work closely with the recipient and courier to resolve the matter.

    GIFT SUBSTITUTION

    In the event that a gift item is no longer available, we will source a replacement gift of equal value and quality. You will be notified of the substitution options before your order is shipped. 

    SHIPPING FEES

    For gifting orders that are being shipped to multiple addresses, shipping costs will be determined at end of of the order and will be billed to the client. Client is also responsible for tax and duties fees that may be applied for gifts shipped internationally. 

    UNDELIVERABLE/RETURNED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

    In the event that a gift is returned as undeliverable, we will re-ship your gift as follows:

    1) We will notify (you) the sender regarding the returned gift and request an updated address.

    2) We will charge a $12.00 fee  + the cost of shipping for each returned gift box. The fee covers the cost to examine the gift items and re-package in a new box for re-shipment.

    3) We will send an invoice for the final cost to re-ship your gift. Payment must be received in order to re-ship.

    4) In the event the box is not re-shipped due to an address not being provided, your order will be classified as unclaimed and property of D'MALI of Kisha Damali. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued.

    HOW SECURE IS THE DATA THAT I WILL PROVIDE?

    We can reassure you that your personal information is secured and will not be shared.  Additionally, we use a secured online portal where invoices, branding files, mailing addresses and confidential documents can be shared.

    DO YOU OFFER FLEX PLAY OPTIONS?
    Yes! To begin, all that is required is a deposit and signed contract. The remaining balance is due before the order is sent to production and shipped.
