During the consultation, we will discuss your stationery needs, budget,

review samples and determine the nature of our business relationship.


Ready to move forward? Wonderful! We are excited to have you a part of the D'MALI By Kisha Damali family! To begin the order, a service agreement must be signed and a 50% deposit must be submitted before any design work is sent over. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.


Due to the nature of our custom design business, the timeframe needed to create a digital proof ranges from 5 to 21 business days. We work with our clients during the design phase until they are fully satisfied.


Once the digital proofs are reviewed and approved, final payment is due. Production time ranges from 3 to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and/or our current production schedule.


Upon completion of the order, we will discuss the best shipping method based on the nature of the order. Our preferred method of shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx.
